All cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time. For clients with deposits failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in forfeiting the full deposit. For clients without a deposit there will be a $25.00 cancellation or rescheduling fee before we can see you for a new or previously booked appointment. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Our employees delight themselves in providing you with excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on salon deposits, services or salon products including Hair Extensions. However should you have any questions or concerns about a service or product, please notify the salon within 2 days of purchase or service.
